1. Commitment to Quality from the Source
Quality control begins at the very origin. We carefully select deposits and implement strict procedures during mining, handling, transportation, and storage to avoid any contamination.
2. On-Site Geological Monitoring
Our experienced geologists conduct regular on-site evaluations to monitor geological and mineralogical conditions. This ensures that only premium-grade talc ore is mined for processing.
3. Selective Mining & Initial Sorting
Talc is selectively extracted from open-pit mines and hand-picked on-site. It is classified into granulometric sizes at the mine depot before being transported to our Peshawar facility for further refinement.
4. Rigorous Testing & Screening
Upon arrival in Peshawar, every batch is subject to systematic testing by our Quality Control team. We assess:
- Whiteness
- Loss on Ignition (LOI)
Further asbestos and chemical analyses are conducted by accredited external laboratories to meet international safety and compliance standards
